Santosh Hospital, Ghaziabad is proud to share the success of the Live Workshop on Laparoscopic Ventral & Inguinal Hernia, held on 25th April 2026, organised by the Department of General Surgery under the guidance of Dr. Shalabh Gupta, Head of Department – General Surgery. The workshop saw the participation of over 100 surgeons from across NCR, including members of the Surgeons Association, practicing surgeons, and postgraduate students — all coming together to advance their expertise in minimally invasive hernia repair. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Manoj Goyal, Pro-Chancellor, alongside Dr. Alka Agrawal, Dean – Santosh Medical College, Dr. Alpana Agrawal, Medical Superintendent, and Dr. Manish Sabharwal, Medical Director. Live surgical demonstrations were conducted by distinguished faculty — Dr. Rahul Singh (Max Hospital, Lucknow), Dr. Harimohan, and Dr. Ajeet Yadav — showcasing advanced laparoscopic techniques that are transforming patient care through faster recovery, reduced complications, and minimal scarring.
